- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room/apartment sleeping 2 guests. In case of 3 guests you have to add the price of the 3rd bed. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, it is not. We serve two kind of breakfasts: continental or full French (complete menu). - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
French and English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors and no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, especially the rooms with four-poster beds. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Only the apartments. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is a TV with international channels in all rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do and it is free of charge. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Yes, there is. It is open from May to October. - Is parking or garage available?
Large secure parking available. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car directly at the Hotel. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
There are some grocery stores in Maussane et Paradou (3km). - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes, vineyards and olive groves. - Which is the nearest airport?
Avignon is at 30 km, Nîmes at 41 and Marseille Marignane at 60 (this is the most important airport for international flights). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
There are no bus-stops nearby. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Arles, 20 km or Avignon railway station (30 km). - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, there is, and it is at guests' disposal only for lunch. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
