- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Price is per room - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The breakfast is not included in the price. It's a buffet (with salted and sweet delights). - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak French, English and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have a main building with one floor and other smaller buildings. There is no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All rooms are quiet and romantic. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
We have some rooms with terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
We have some rooms with balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Most rooms are non smoking. There are only 4 smoking rooms (to be asked on request). - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
In each room there is a satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Each room has a free of charge air conditioning. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No there is not, but if you have a laptop then you can connect to our WiFi (Almost everywhere in the hotel). - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is a self-access swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
There are three free parkings. - Where can we rent a car?
In Aix en Provence. We can help you about that. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
The hotel is nearby the shopping centre of "La Pioline". You just have to go down the street. - Are there vineyards nearby?
There are vineyards in the surroundings. We can give you information about that. - Which is the nearest airport?
It is the Airport of Marseille-Marignane at only 15 kms. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
You just have to go down the street (5 min by foot). - Which is the nearest railway station?
It is Aix en Provence TGV station at 8 km.
- Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Yes we have some well being services, like our solarium and our turkish steam bath. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, they are. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
There is a Restaurant "La Carraire" which offers a refined cuisine using local produces and flavours, an attentive service within an attentive atmosphere. During the season, lunches and dinners are served outdoor, near the swimming pool along the pine grove. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can (Wi-Fi).
