- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No it is not. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes it is. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. We prefer our customer set the bill immediately on arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak French, German and English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Our apartments have a main floor and a closed mezzanine. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
We try to keep each apartment as private as possible and as pretty as possible. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes we can provide you some (extra charge). - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Each apartment has its own private terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
We are sorry our TVs only have French channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No there is not. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No there is not. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No we do not have. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
Each apartment has a parking for one car inside the residence. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in Arles, 30 km away. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes there are plenty in les Saintes. - Are there vineyards nearby?
The famous Côtes du Rhône are in the surroundings of Avignon (78 km), but also there are also the Costières de Nimes (67 km) and the Vin des Sables around Aigues Mortes (32 km). - Which is the nearest airport?
Marseille Marignane is located 129 km away and Montpellier airport is at 65 km. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No we do not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It in in the Saintes Maries de la Mer (2,5 km). - Which is the nearest railway station?
It is Arles, 38 km away. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No we do not. - Are pets welcome?
We are afraid they are not. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No you can not.
