	FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions   At what time can we check-in and out? All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. Is the price per room/apartment or per person? The price is for 2 guests per night for a double room. You have to add the price of the 3rd bed to obtain the price of the triple room. Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast? Breakfast is not included in the price and it is a rich buffet. Can we settle the bill on arrival? No, please settle the bill on departure. Which languages are spoken at the reception? French, English, Spanish and German. How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building? There are two floors (ground floor and first floor) and no lift. Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms? Yes, our rooms are quiet and romantic. Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard? Yes, some rooms do have a terrace with view either of the park and the swimming-pool. Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony? Yes, some rooms do have a balcony with view either of the park and the swimming-pool. Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments? Yes, we do. Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)? Yes, there is a TV in each room with some international channels (English and German). Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments? Yes, there is. Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal? Yes, there is, it is free of charge and seasonal. Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property? No, we do not but we have Wi-Fi access. Is there a swimming pool? When is it open? Yes, there is a large swimming-pool for adults and a small for children. They are open from April to October, all day long. Is parking or garage available? Yes, there is a spacious free parking. Where can we rent a car? Arles, Avignon or Nîmes. Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings? There is a supermarket at 15 km or some grocery stores in Fontvieille (5 km). Are there vineyards nearby? Yes, there are. Which is the nearest airport? Nîmes or Marseille-Marignane. Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport? No, we do not. Which is the nearest bus-stop? There are no bus-stops close by. Which is the nearest railway station? Tarascon or Beaucaire. Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)? Yes, there is a fitness room with gym equipment. Are pets welcome? Yes, pets are welcome. Is there a restaurant in the Property? Yes, there is. It offers the best specialities of the Provençal cuisine! Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment? Yes, you can. The lobby has Wi-Fi access whilst from the room you can surf the Internet through the telephone.
