• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price for 2 guests, otherwise there is an extra fee.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are a ground and a first floor served by lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, of course, you are in a castle!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is not an Internet Point but our guests can ask the reception to use the computer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool open from June to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the front desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some grocery stores in the village (500 m).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, in the surrounding countryside there are some vineyards.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Marseille Marignane airport (40 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have a pivk upo service (available only upon request and with extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In the village of Meyrargues (700 m).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Aix en Provence TGV (25 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but there are some rooms with Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome (on request).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes there is, open from March to September.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
