"Keep my motto, it is dear to my heart, its words are sacred: Love and Honour." Primitive construction of the castle dates from 9th and 11th centuries. Formerly remain of summer of the Lords of Les Baux, Alagonia and Valbelle, the castle is transformed by an Aixois trader at the 18th century and becomes an almond warehouse.

Perched over a rock, the castle dominates the village in an irregular star shape. From now on, the fortress, served by a vast terrace, turns its glance towards the wild site of the hills of Meyrargues. Transformed 50 years ago in a public house, it was one of the first "Relais de Campagne", and then, "Château et Hôtel de France".

This noble building declines luxury and comfort to accommodate hosts, prestigious receptions, weddings and seminars. Pieces of antiques and lavish tapestries decorate the sophisticated rooms; the bathrooms are very spacious and the rooms are designed to suit the demands of the most demanding clientele.
