• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included in the price. Our breakfast is a buffet exclusively served in the dining room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can make a pre-paiement at your arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  One floor on each of the 5 houses. No elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the rooms (except one) have a terrace or a large balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  3 of th rooms have a balcony. The others have a terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  20 differents international channels in all the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the rooms have telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have air conditioning without any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You can have wifi (wireless) conection with internet in the bar and near the front desk with your computer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a swimming pool open from april to october and from 8am to 7pm. T° 28°c
• Is parking or garage available?
  There's a private parking in the entrance of the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the airport or train station, 30 km from the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  You can find all the facilities at 15 km (supermarkets).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  You will find vineyards of Irrouleguy 15 km from the hotel. Many different visit available.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is BIARRITZ Airport, 30km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We don't have shuttle service from the airport. You will find many different car rental company.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Th e nearest Bus-stop is at 5 km from the hotel, in the village of Bidarray
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  5 km from the hotel you will find the railway station, Bidarray-Pont Noblia
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do not have a fitness center but you will find Sauna, Hammam, massage available on reservation and a small room of fitness near the pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome with an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant in the property which offer you a local food with high quality of product.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The connection is only possible in the bar and near the reception.
