• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, but city tax is per person, and it is not included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a buffet breakfast, and it is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Italian, Portuguese and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors and we do have an elevator, even from the garage.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are absolutely pleasant and quiet, all the rooms are equipped with double glazed windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes all rooms have air conditioning, and there is no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a business center.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private underground garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At 2 minutes by walk, at the train station.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a big shopping center at 250 meters.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Annecy Meythet is the closest national airport, while Geneve is the closest international airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 200 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  At 250 meters.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a Spa with jacuzzi and sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
