  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors but we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are private and quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in each room but there are only French channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not AC in the rooms, but only in the restaurant.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have, but WI FI access is available free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Chinon.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Tours and/or Poitiers.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do and we can arrange it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Richelieu.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chinon for local train and Chatellerault for TGV.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can: WI FI access or by phone with dial-up modem.
