The Restaurant: Philippe Marignane, chef od the house, provides recipes inspired by the magical Provençal sun using only fresh local ingredients. Scallops in pastry shelles and fresh morels, lamb from the Alpilles and little stuffed vegetables, raspberry feuillantines with lemon cream are some of the delicious dishes that our guests can taste. Thanks to an extensive wine cellar dishes are accompanied by a selection of the best regional wines. Lunch and dinner can be served in the restaurant or on the external terrace overlooking the park. |
Meeting facilities: Several bright and elegant dining rooms are available for seminars, cocktails and business meals. Park: Sparkling fountains and ornamental lakes will enchant you! The large trees are there to provide shade for al fresco meals in summertime. Breakfast is usually served close to the orangerie, a part of the garden featuring stunning fruit trees. The hotel's exceptional location allows you to make the most of your stay discovering the tresures of Provence. Géménos and the Sainte Beaume mountain: A five min. walk away lies a charming little village featuring cobbled streets and gorgeous fountains, Géménos. From there you can reach Saint Pons and its Abbey, then carry on up to the Espigoulier pass for a magnificient view of the whole region. Le Castellet and la Cadière d'Azur: At only 15 min. driving distance, discover Castellet with its eighteenth century houses and traditional craft shops. Cadière d'Azur is a small village which has kept its charm, tranquillity and authenticity. Avignon & Le Luberon: At only 1 h driving distance, behind the rampart of the prestigious past of Avignon and the Pope's palace. In the summertime the city hosts a famous theatre festival with people coming from all over the world. Nearby you can discover the Luberon mountains with its delightful perched villages. Cassis: Cassis is a charming, little harbour surrounded by cliffs of the Cap de Canailles and the superb calanques. From there you can reach also Marseille with its renowned old town, its little fishing harbour and its museums. Aix-en-Provence and la Sainte Victoire mountain: Aix-en-Provence is a beautiful town with elegant cobbled streets and pretty fountains. It is a lovely town with a lot of cafés, a traditional open-air market and music festivals throughout the year. Moreover we suggest our guests a visit to the Sainte Victoire moutain, one of the dearest places to Cézanne. |
