There are two restaurants in the park open during the high season. One proposes barbecued dishes and the other light food such as salads and local specialties. The Residence is part of Hotel Provencal. The gastronomic Hotel restaurant proposes French food based on fine Provence flavours, herbs and aromas. |

| Wind and kite surf: at 5 minutes by car from the Residence lies the renowned Almanarre Beach where international competitions take place every year. The city of Hyères-les-Palmiers is located at 15 km from the Residence. Hyères-les-Palmiers was made famous mainly by the British aristocracy who came to enjoy the spa baths in the nineteenth century. Toulon, 25 km away westward, is famous for its large basin which harbours ferries from Corsica, military ships and a Marina. It is worthwhile to take the funicular up Mount Faron to enjoy the view over the basin and sometimes as far as Porquerolles Island. St.Tropez is 55 km east from Giens, an hour by car. |
