  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    This is the price per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is continental and it is at guests' disposal with an extra charge.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German, Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We have 3 floors. The lift stops at the second floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All rooms are quiet and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Of course! Linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some of thems have.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of thems have.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    We have the Tv and is equipped with internet and pay tv (french and english movies) and international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, we have a two ways air-conditionning.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    We have a restaurant.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, in the room.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, we have a heating swimming pool open from June to September.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Avignon or Orange.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Marseille and Avignon.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, but we can reserve a taxi for you.

    Orange.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, with an extra charge.
