- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In any time until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No it isn't. Our continental breakfast can be taken in our breakfast room or patio and can also be directly served in your room (room service at extra cost). - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Of course you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak French and English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors and we have a lift serving the rooms. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes there are, we have for instance a room with a four-poster bed. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No they do not have. But we have a central patio where our guests can linger. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
We have only one room with a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No we do not have. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
There is a TV in our rooms but we are sorry we have no international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No there is not. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
We have an Internet-WiFi point in the hotel. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes it is, we have a private garage available with an extra charge. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car at the airport. - Which is the nearest airport?
It is Saint-Gilles/Nimes-Arles-camargue airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No we do not. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop is located 5 minutes away the hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
It is Arles railway station. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes of course. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No you can not, but we have an Internet-WiFi point in the premises.
