  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment until 2 people.
    In apartments for 4 persons, for the 3rd and 4th person there will be a small extra to pay.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes it is. Air conditioner is also included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    No, bill is delivered at your departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, Spanish and English are spoken.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors and there is an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    No there are no specifically romantic rooms.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linen and towels are provided. They are changed every 7 days if you stay at least 1 week otherwise the service, is charged upon request.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they don't have a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they don't have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there are non smoking rooms and apartments.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is TV in all apartments with some satellite channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is. A private number is given for each apartment. Calls are charged.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is. It isn't charged. Air conditioning is private.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, there isn't. We can recommend some restaurants.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Internet access is by Wi-Fi card, 5 types of cards are proposed upon payment.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there isn't a swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There are parking places upon payment.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At the airport, the train station or in town.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The Merignac Airport is 20 minutes by car.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not have a shuttle service.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Lines 1, 4, 9, 24, 29 are 5 minutes by foot
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Train station St Jean is 15 minutes by car.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is no fitness center in the Property.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, small pets are welcomed upon extra payment.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is a breakfast room only.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Internet access is by Wi-Fi card. You can connect in all the residence, either in the rooms.
