- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All our rates are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
We serve a continental breakfast with an extra charge. Our breakfasts include a hot beverage, home-made viennoiserie, baguette, yoghurt, fresh orange juice, marmelade and honey and butter. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Our guests usually settle their bill upon departure. However, you might make a pre-payment on your arrival, if you wish so. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak French, English, German and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The Domaine has two floors and we do have an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All our rooms are different in size and view as well as their decoration. However we do have a Deluxe room as well as our Junior Suite that would be our nicest rooms and thus the most intimate and romantic ones. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Some of the rooms (of different categories) have either a terrace or a balcony. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

No, as we are a really small hotel (just 12 rooms), we can not propose a non-smoking rooms. However, whenever we have a reservation of somebody who is allergic e.g., we especially take care of that room before their arrival. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
We do not have any TV's in our hotel, as we want to create a more private ambiance. All of the rooms have as well a mini HIFI-chain with CD-player. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, all our rooms have telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All the rooms have air-conditioning. There is no surcharge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
We propose our guests to get connected at one of the office computers. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
We have a swimming pool that is open from Easter onwards until the end of September. It is not heated. But we also propose our Jacuzzi which is heated. - Is parking or garage available?
We have a large parking place. - Where can we rent a car?
Directly at the TGV Station in Avignon or at the Marseille - Marignane Airport. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, St. Rémy has several supermarkets or grocery stores, as well as the huge market always on Wednesdays. - Are there vineyards nearby?
The region of Les Baux has many well known vineyards and we can arrange for our guests to have private visits and tastings. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Marseille-Marignane at 75 km (1 hour drive) away. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
If our guests wish to be picked up, we can arrange the transfer for a supplementary charge. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is in St. Rémy, 3 km away. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway and TGV station is in Avignon, 18 km away. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
We don't have a fitness center, but our swimming pool with Jacuzzi, as well as the possibilities of hiking and cycling directly away from the property. - Are pets welcome?
We don't allow any pets. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, we have either our gastronomical restaurant "Le Saint Georges" or our bistrot with a daily changing menu. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
In some of the room you can connect your modem to the Internet, but not in all of them.
