The terrace by the pool offers a panoramic view of the Galic capital and of the distant Alps. During the summer season, while taking in the view, you may enjoy a cocktail from the bar, and cool off in the pool.

The Villa Florentine offers: sauna, steam bath, a fitness room with training equipment, including massage room and beauty care.
 
Restaurant "Les Terrasses de Lyon":
(open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner - closed on Sundays and Mondays). Due to a combination of an inventive and traditional cuisine "Les Terrasses de Lyon" has the merit of one star in the Michelin Guide Book. Davy Tissot, head chef since October 2004 already has an impressive background.Awarded with the «Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004" title, this young of 33 years old chef, is already very talented. 
 
He aspires to "a cuisine of exchanges and encounters", just like his hometown Lyon, "a crossway between mountain and sea".Talented and generous, Davy Tissot wishes to share his passion for the art of the pallet, with every one who passes through "Les Terrasses de Lyon", a passion for which he applies to discover more every day.

We recommend Tete d'Or Park (20 minutes by taxi) and the Fourviere Gardens (5 minutes walking distance).
Shopping in Lyon:
Shopping in Lyon is an easy pleasure, part of the city's art of living.The Carré d'Or district will keep the most exacting shoppers happy with more than 70 luxury banners concentrated in an area where it is pleasant to stroll, between Place Bellecour and Cordeliers (10 minutes walking distance). Built in the 19th century, Passage de l'Argue (between rue de la République and rue Edouard Herriot) is a glass-roofed retail centre where shop windows are reminiscent of bygone times (10 minutes walking distance).You will find one of the largest pedestrian thoroughfares in Europe, stretching across the entire Presqu'île, by Rue Victor Hugo and Rue de la République, where the majority of franchised stores can be found (12 minutes walking distance).
