- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The breakfast is not included in the room price. We propose a buffet breakfast. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
You can settle the bill on arrival, but you will have to settle the extras at your departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
The reception staff speak French, English, Spanish and Danish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The building has 6 floors and we do have an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, you can find in our hotel quiet, private, romantic rooms. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Some of our rooms have a terrace. If you wish to have a room with a terrace, please let us know at the reservation time. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
