• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room, for double and single occupancy.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is not included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English, Spanish, Dutch, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are very quiet and private and they are decorated in local 17th century provencal style.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No they have not, but there is a garden in the middle of the hotel and most of the rooms are overlooking it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV is in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Heating and air conditionning is in all rooms with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a covered, heated swimming pool opening onto the garden. It is open until midnight.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a secured car park in the premises, free of charge for our clients
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent it at Monptellier Airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It's Montpellier Mediterranée.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not run a shuttle service on our own.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It's at Aigues Mortes train station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It's Aigues Mortes train station
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have. Our well being center features a Gym, a Jacuzzi, a Sauna, a Hammam/Turkish Bath and a Massage room.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets (weighing less then 4 kg) are accepted, as long as they are clean, held on a lead. They must not be left unattended at anytime.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
