By Plane Most international flights arrives in Paris at either Roissy-Charles de Gaulle or Orly Airport. Flying to Montpellier is the easiest way to Aigues-Mortes. There are flights almost every hour from Paris, you shouldn't have a problem finding one which suites you, Air France is the major carrier and there are also Britisch Airways and Ryanair. Montpellier-Méditerranée Airport is located just West of Montpellier which is about 20 km from La Villa Mazarin. There are plenty of taxis on your arrival. The ride takes about 25 minutes.
By Car from the airport Take the direction of "La Grande Motte" and "Le Grau du Roi" (road D62). Stay on this dual carriageway, you will see the sign for Aigues-Mortes. As you are arriving, you will come to a roundabout with a Big Flamingo made of metal, here you take the first turn right, (signposted Aigues-Mortes) and you are just a few minutes away from "La Villa Mazarin". As you pass over the canal you drive straight ahead with the ramparts on your right.Pass the first entrance and turn right through the second entrance and you are then in Boulevard Gambetta (a one way street) go straight down and near to the end on the left hand side you will see the arches of La Villa Mazarin. You have arrived at La Villa Mazarin.
Important: Travel Tip - always pack a small carry-on bag with bathing suit, shorts, T-shirts, toiletries and other essentials so you'll be able to start your vacation the moment you arrive even if your bags have a little delay.

By Train stop at Aigues Mortes train station. The station is at less than a kilometer from La Villa Mazarin. When getting out the station, walk on the D979 for approximately 200 meters. Go on the Avenue de la Tour de Constance for 300 meters, and on the Boulevard Diderot for 130 meters. Then turn right in the Boulevard Gambetta where we are located. |
